Exhibitor Check-in Instructions

Please arrive early and present this e-ticket confirmation email upon arrival on your mobile device (or printout) ready to be scanned by Staff at the VIP Desk located in the United Club located on the 1st Floor (Access through Gate 38 on the Northern end of Soldier Field Stadium) on the 1st Floor of the United Club of Soldier Field Stadium (1410 Museum Campus Dr, Chicago, Illinois, 60605) to check-in and collect your exhibitor badge and to be directed to your exhibit booth space on the venue floor for Exhibition Installation.

Exhibitor Check-in Time: May 19th (8:00am – 8:30am)

Exhibitor Installation Time: May 19th (8:00am – 9:00am)

Exhibition Open Hours Day 1: May 19th (Open Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm, Welcome Refreshments: 9:00am – 10:00am, Luncheon: 12:00pm – 1:30pm, Afternoon Refreshments: 3:00pm – 4:00pm)

Exhibition Open Hours Day 2: May 20th (Open Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm, Welcome Refreshments: 9:00am – 10:00am, Luncheon: 12:00pm – 1:30pm)

Exhibitor Dismantling Time: May 20th (4:00pm – 5:00pm)

Food and Beverage Provided: Welcome Refreshments and Lunch will be provided on both days and Afternoon Refreshments on Day 1 only

Event App

We will be releasing an Event App that will make this year’s experience a lot more valuable for our attendees, exhibitors, and speakers. This app will include networking, schedules, maps, surveys, social media and much more at the palm of your hand.

Stay Tuned! Nearer the event date we will send an email when the Event Mobile App is LIVE with download instructions so you can download and install prior to arrival.

Delegate List

Attendee information will be included in the Event Mobile App who you will able to reach out to and connect individually during event days. For Exhibitors that have the Delegate List contact information of all attendees included in their Exhibitor Package, this will be sent by email after the event in a Spreadsheet. 

Official Venue Hotel

Staying at the official conference hotel not only ensures convenience and proximity to the conference venue, but also provides you with a chance to network with other attendees and speakers outside of the event. If you require hotel accommodation in Chicago we recommend staying at the official conference hotel, the Soldier Field.

If you ordered a Delegate List Add-On, contact information of all attendees will be sent by email after the event in a Spreadsheet.

Add-On: Additional Conference Passes

If you ordered additional DigiMarCon Conference Passes, go to the Registration Page here: https://register.digimarcon.com/n1gNvv then register only additional Additional Passes that you ordered.

On the Payment page use the promo code exhibitoraddon which will discount the pass(es) to $0.00 as you have already paid.

Do not register additional passes that you have not ordered or they will be cancelled.

Add-On: Event App Advertising Package

If you ordered an Event App Advertising Package, it includes;

- 1 Page Ad appearing on Sponsored Ads Page in App (Letter Size PDF)

- Banner Ad Image rotated on Event App pages (300 x 300 pixels size PNG)

- Listing on Sponsors Page in App

Email the 1 Page Ad and Banner Ad Image to the Sponsorship Director.

SUITCASING & OUTBOARDING POLICY

TECHSPO maintains a Suitcasing and Outboarding policy covering all of our Conferences and Exhibitions. “Suitcasing” and “Outboarding” are parasitic, unethical business practices in which attendees conduct, transact or promote business at the conference and do not have exhibit or sponsorship.

“Suitcasing” refers to non-sponsoring/non-exhibiting companies or individuals who go to conferences as an attendee and solicit business in the tradeshow aisles, session rooms, or hotel lobbies and common areas.

“Outboarding” refers to non-sponsoring/non-exhibiting companies or individuals that host meetings, events, or demos, etc. outside of the exhibition hall, such as in hospitality suites, restaurants, or public places in close proximity to the conference, and encourage conference attendees to leave the conference to attend their events. Bottomline is, if you want to hold an event, it must be approved by TECHSPO.

This Suitcasing and Outboarding policy includes, but is not limited to the following unauthorized activities.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Unauthorized receptions & parties (including off-site events)
  • Unauthorized exhibits, mobile exhibits & hospitality suites
  • Unauthorized membership recruitment activities
  • Unauthorized promotion of non-TECHSPO events
  • Unauthorized employment recruiting
  • Unwelcome advances toward event participants or the TECHSPO staff
  • Unauthorized on-site distribution (on tables, counters, booths etc.) of printed or electronic materials including literature, signs, flyers, invitations, tickets, forms, etc. (except business cards)
  • Approaching people on the show floor and soliciting them

TECHSPO has a zero-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing and outboarding. Any person and/or organization found to be violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately.

Please report any violations regarding suitcasing or outboarding you may observe to Event Management or Staff. Event Management will investigate the complaint and determine the appropriate course of action.
