Check-in Instructions

Please arrive early and present this e-ticket confirmation email upon arrival on your mobile device (or printout) ready to be checked by Staff at the Registration Desk located at the Lower Ballroom Floor on the Grand Ballroom on the Lower Ballroom Level of the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre Hotel (525 Bay St, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 2L2, Canada) to check-in and collect your badge and conference bag.

- All Access Pass and VIP Pass holders have 2-days Access on both event days.

- VIP Pass holders check-in at the VIP Desk (located next to the Registration Desk) for priority registration check-in.

- Main Conference Pass holders have 1-day access only on the General Sessions Day on Thursday, April 16th.

- Master Class Pass holders have 1-day access only on the Master Classes Day on Wednesday, April 15th.

Registration Desk Hours and Opening Remarks Times:

Day 1: Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 - Registration Desk is open 9:00am - 4:00pm. Emcee Opening Remarks commence at 10:00am.

Day 2: Thursday, April 16th, 2026 - Registration Desk is open 9:00am - 4:00pm. Emcee Opening Remarks commence at 10:00am.

Event App

We will be releasing an Event  App that will make this year’s experience a lot more valuable for our attendees, exhibitors, and speakers.

Stay Tuned! Nearer the event date we will send an email when the Event App is LIVE with download instructions so you can download and install prior to arrival.

On Demand

Presentation slide decks and edited videos of keynotes, panels and master classes will be made available to all pass holders. Attendees will be notified by email after the event when On Demand is accessible. Don’t worry! No need to wait forever because it generally takes 1-2 weeks for our post-production editorial team to prepare. Once open attendees will have 12-months access to the on demand content.

Staying at the official conference hotel not only ensures convenience and proximity to the conference venue, but also provides you with a chance to network with other attendees and speakers outside of the event.
